Meta Ads Expert

What will you do?.

- Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) to achieve objectives such as brand awareness and sales conversion.

- Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and interests for ad targeting optimization.

- Create compelling ad copy, imagery, and videos that resonate with target audiences and align with branding guidelines.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates, and ROAS, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Utilize A/B testing methodologies to experiment with different ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign variables to improve performance and drive results.

- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging visual assets optimized for Meta ad placements.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media advertising, particularly on Meta platforms, and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Create performance reports, and strategic recommendations to meet business objectives.

Requirements:.

- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, with a strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Ads Reporting tools.

- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising principles, including audience targeting, ad creative best practices, and campaign optimization techniques.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.

- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or other relevant digital marketing credentials are a plus.

Experience 3-5 years.

Working days: 5 days (Monday Friday).

This is not the best situation when you need to ensure 100% authenticity of products as the website selling these never know what the 3rd party seller is actually sending to the customer via their website.

This is where we saw a huge problem to be solved.

A website that lists no 3rd party seller, no middlemen, fulfills and ships direct to the customer, gets certified by all the brands for authentic products, and is able to offer comfortable price points at the same time.
