- 3 - 6 years of experience working as a Product Manager, ideally have worked previously with Consumer-Facing, Large-Scale eCommerce business.
- Have worked on or know at least 50% of the backend and post purchase eCommerce infrastructure modules listed below:
- Warehouse Management Systems Order Management System Logistics Management System (Shipments and Tracking) Cart & Checkout Products & Orders Schema Point of Sale Omni Channel Fulfillment 3rd party Fulfillment allocation Multi Vendor Marketplace (Seller Management) Are a fast learner and comfortable teaching yourself new skills and can thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Are Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand whats happening and define & measure success on every project.
- Comfortable in operating independently and working in unstructured situations.
- Youre fluent in English / Hindi and are a confident communicator. You know how to work with agile product development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define the Product Roadmap and drive the Product Development for Nutrabay, in an analytical and structured way across platforms (Web, Mobile, API).
- Seek Product Ideas and Feedback, gather Requirements, write Specs (PRDs), create Wireframes and Workflows. Maintain the Knowledge Base of existing solutions.
- Partner closely with the Design team to define and build a high-class User Experience.
- Work with engineers to ship features and product improvements.
- Ensure prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization and ensuring success metrics are met.
- Quantitatively and Qualitatively analyze results to influence product decisions.
- Learn everything you can about our customers through data and use it to drive your product decisions.
- Do User Research Initiatives to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions.
- You should understand, track and optimize the Market experience for buyers based on data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training
- Understand the business KPI and help optimize the product for them. Identify market opportunities and contribute to the product vision and business strategy.
