- About the Role Being an analyst at Nutrabay is about much more than simply crunching numbers its about finding compelling insights within data and using your exceptional business and communication skills to translate those insights into action.


- As one of the masterminds behind our strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, youll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets.


- The data will not remain inert in your hands, however, since youll use your critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making. As an analyst, you will partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve the internal business processes teams as well as tracking and reporting processes. This is an opportunity to lead and to enable projects aimed at making online shopping fun, easy and accessible in India,


Responsibilities:


- Create dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs Generate data-based insights that help to launch impactful and effective marketing and user acquisition & retention programs Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer journey and current trends to improve marketing initiatives Dive deep into campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement


- Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, dashboards, and flowcharts Collaborate with Product for data tracking and implementation of tools like Google Analytics, Flurry, Clevertap etc Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, design, sales and operations teams) on a regular basis to drive product/process changes and improve business intelligence What would make you a great fit? 2-3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics.


- Preferably within a digital business Experience with platforms like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Looker, etc. Possess basic business sense and an understanding of common statistics/analytics techniques Proficient in Excel and SQL queries Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organising, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy


- The ability to write reports and dashboarding Familiar with digital analytics and clickstream data. Preferably has experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Flurry, Appsflyer etc Drive meaningful business insights and measure performance from data Exposure to marketing funnels and marketing analytics is preferable; Interest in understanding marketing principles is important. Working days: Monday-Friday
