Senior Product Manager - Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR)

The Disaster Recovery and Backup team is responsible for building next-generation data protection and disaster recovery solutions for hybrid/multi-cloud environment spanning datacenter, edge, and public cloud. The data protection software platforms enables customers to protect, replicate and recover workloads in a hybrid/multi cloud environment. We are looking for passionate, high energy Product Management professional with superior leadership, analytical and influencing skills to be part of our dynamic and growing team. This role of a PM/Senior PM will be responsible for driving our initiatives related to Nutanix Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, with a goal to address all the needs of our customers

Your Role:

- Help define and execute strategy and roadmap for Nutanix BCDR

- Regular outreach and synthesis of customer feedback into prioritized requirements.

- Write detailed market requirements and product requirement documents (PRDs)

- Responsible for complete product delivery - Coordinate with cross functional teams

- Build and Drive Consensus / Clarity

- Track, manage, and report on KPIs.

- Motivate and Influence, Evangelize, Provide customer advocacy and briefings

- Provide ongoing field support as needed to drive high customer satisfaction

- Author, build, and maintain compelling internal and external facing collateral

What will you bring:

- BE in Computer Science or related fields. MBA is nice to have.

- Experience with datacenter infrastructure or cloud infrastructure services (IaaS, PaaS).

- Knowledge on Disaster Recovery, Backup desirable

- 3+ years of product management experience

- Attention to detail in executing complex projects with cross-functional dependencies

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present to executives.

- Proven ability to influence geographically distributed teams and deliver on commitments

- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills

- High energy and excellent teamwork skills

- Have a bias for action and demonstrate ownership
