Core Responsibilities: - Responsible to manage SAP/ system related Fulfilment issues logged with Nurture and resolve them in a time bound manner by collaborating with FC&A, S&D, Commercial, Product, and Engg teams. - Create detail RCA of SAP issues that is hampering the Fulfilment TAT and execute permanent fixes from the process/ system point of view. - Process Development by collaborating with various other functions like FC&A, S&D, Commercial, Product, and Engg teams. - Test and validate system flows considering all the possible scenarios and ensure seamless deployment across geography. - Publish weekly summary of top issues along with the permanent fixes deployed and the goodness it brought to the Fulfilment process. Requirements & Qualifications: - Expert knowledge of SAP WMS / FC ERP Applications. - Sound knowledge of Warehousing processes of Inbound/ Outbound/ Inventory/ Last Mile. - Proven abilities in problem solving/ carrying out RCA and driving resolution at scale. - B.Tech/ MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 colleges with experience of 5+ years in SCM (Retail or Food value chain or B2B/B2C ecosystem preferred). Skills and Attributes: - Good stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions. - Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives. - Excellent communication skills. - Resilient, assertive, optimistic and open to learn.
