Job Title: Sales Head  Job Location: Mumbai  Job Description:  Developing a sales and marketing strategy for the sale of the product.  Testing the strategy by successfully selling at least 3-4 clients independently.  Building up a salesforce (using internal sales people and external hires).  Training sales people regularly.  Managing the sales force to hit the targets.  Must Haves:  Experience of selling at least 5Cr per annum of products with a ticket size of 10,000 per each sale.  Experience of managing a product launch end-to-end including building out a sales strategy, marketing strategy and hiring and managing a salesforce. We would like to see the candidate send in a case study demonstrating the same.  Candidate should understand how to train, manage and track sales persons - the above case study should include the compensation structure, systems deployed etc for the same.   Existing relationships (active clients as well as salespeople) in one of the following states (in order of preference)  Maharashtra  Karnataka  Delhi NCR  Madhya Pradesh  Willingness to travel for at least 3 weeks per month (Mon - Sat)  Willingness to work as an individual contributor (go run sales meetings on their own)  Salary offered: 15 - 20 LPA
