Job Title : Digital Marketing Head  Job Location : Delhi  What you will be doing :   - You will develop and manage strategies for SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Personalization, E-mail Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Social Engagement and Brand Media.  - Assist in defining goals and KPI's for digital marketing programs and services along with reporting and analysis of those metrics.  - Be the champion for data driven decisions and insights.  - Monitor and manage the financial health of digital marketing programs and campaign activities.  - Work closely with design, content, strategy, policy, frontend, and other teams to execute coordinated strategic campaigns.  What we are looking for :  - 4 - 8 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience required).  - Ability to use available tools for keyword research and analyse how users click and scroll through our website.  - Providing feedback for user friendly landing pages and design optimization for maximum conversion.  - Hands on experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, Display, Video, Social, etc.), email marketing and local search marketing.  - Ability to stay on top of the leading trends and innovations in the digital marketing landscape.  - Ability to get things done quickly and efficiently and be a collaborative team player.  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
