Position: Sales Head, NumberMall  NumberMall's vision is to be the most trusted growth partner for small merchants in India. The company is funded by very renowned angel investors.  NumberMall has over 14000 retailers who service customers for mobile payments, bus tickets etc., Our vision is to expand this to 1L retailers in the next year, the sales head will lead this initiative from the front.  The role is a senior one and compensation will be a mix of competitive salary with generous stock options.  Job description:  - Building channel productivity and maintaining stock norms at distributor and retailer level  - Lead a team of 10+ TSMs to expand the distribution across India  - Play the role of a mentor to all the TSMs and motivate them to achieve targets consistently  - Managing customer relationships to minimize churn   - Managing team performance and motivation in a highly competitive market  - Increase net additions and acquisition rental revenue  - Managing workforce to leverage opportunities for cross-selling of different products  - To ensure customer Satisfaction by keeping a check on complaints/ wrong commitments by team/ enquirers etc  Looking for candidates from telecom/FMCG with a flair for concept selling, good people management skills and above all "fire in the belly".
