Nukebox Studios - Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager for our growing team. The Marketing Manager will be reporting to the CEO directly. They will play an important role in planning, leading, supporting and growing the Digital Marketing efforts for our mobile games. The ideal candidate is passionate about games, has experience in Digital Marketing, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Execute and own overall Marketing Strategy to achieve the business objectives.

- Play an active role in strategizing, monitoring, reporting and scaling User Acquisition campaigns working with various partners.

- Lead the Community Management team and build a strong community across various touch points like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more-

- Plan and collaborate with the Product team and partners for improving the Ad Monetisation.

- Guide & oversee the Marketing Communication Collaterals production.

- Work with Key partners to align Communications and be the Business/Marketing POC for Product teams.

- Undertake market and competition research to aid internal decision making with valuable inputs.

- Analyze important KPIs and improve them through various initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Previous experience in the gaming industry will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and presentation skills with proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc-

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

- A gamer or someone who is passionate about games.

- Ability to perform under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced environment
