Nucleus Software - Senior Solutions Manager - Transaction Banking/Cash Management

Qualifications/Desired Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in Transaction Banking Domain (Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity Management, Receivables, Financial Supply Chain Management)

- Preferably BE/BTech graduates with MBA (full time) from reputed & accredited universities

- Good communication, presentation and product demo skills

- High level understanding of JEE and SOA

- Distance learning/part-time courses will not be considered

Job Description:

- Bid Management - management of complex bids; complex deal pursuits, deal structuring and negotiations.

- Drive high quality solution (product) messages, market analysis and sales plan via the marketing functions and the sales teams.

- Act as the main contact for Product & Strategy to ensure product road maps are communicated and are constructed in accordance with opportunities that various market offer.

- To lead business requirements study workshops and conduct Proof of Concepts workshops to ensure proper definition and scoping of the project.

- Develop and monitor - Go to market plans- and Business Development Plans to drive revenue.

- Good communication, presentation and product demo skills.

- High level understanding of JEE and SOA.

- Whitepapers, blogs, speaking experience in conferences & seminars.
