VirStra has been formed with the support of one of the leading banks of Asia headquartered in Japan. As an off shore center of this bank, our work encompasses Strategy Planning & Execution for Process & Technology Re-engineering initiatives, IT Project Management, Budget & Finance Planning, Vendor Management and similar activities.

- Team management to ensure the maximum efficiency & effectiveness.

- Work closely with Sr. Management in VirStra to roll out strategic directions for the unit.

- Work on different projects (Network projects, Systems projects, engineering projects etc) and deliver within drawn timelines.

- Capacity vs Load analysis.

- Ensure strict compliance with the process laid down.

- Plan, execute, monitor and control the complex business/Organizational strategies.

- Work allocation & Planning for team members.

- High accountability, action orientation

Desired Profile :

- Any graduate from reputed institutes, MBA from reputed institutes (full time/regular course) would be added advantage

- 5 - 9 years' of full time work experience in the IT domain

- 1-3 years experience in Japanese language

- Japanese Language Proficiency Test - Level 3 Qualified

- Good understanding of process engineering, project management

- Clear understanding of technology initiatives from a business perspective.

- Adaptability to function in an un-structured/ flat organization

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to relate & interact with senior / top management

- Ability to work dedicatedly on new and challenging assignment willing to travel overseas on short or medium stint projects

- Valid Indian passport is mandatory
