1. PMP; CSM, Prince 2, ITIL Certification

2. Knowledge of Effort estimation techniques

3. Knowledge of Fixed Cost project execution

Project Management-

- Implementation of enterprise packaged applications/ product

- Manage Software Development project activities for project across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.

- Develop realistic action plans with time schedules, critical dates, resource and cost estimates using MPP.

- Estimation using FPA and other good estimation techniques.

- Experience of Product/Project development using Agile Methodology

- Detailed project plans, Project scope statements, Cost estimates, Resource plans, Risk and issues logs and Status reports.

- Anticipate eventualities, identify potential risks, develop contingency plans and regularly track the same to ensure timely delivery of the project to the customers

- Ensure optimal utilization of allocated resources

- Support quality initiatives, initiate process improvement and ensure compliance to established quality standards, CMM and Six Sigma standards to ensure quality of all deliverables.

- Provide pre sales technical support to the business development team
