- Lending domain expert.

- Thorough knowledge on FinnOne Loan Origination and/or Loan management and/or Collection

- Good exposure to Credit Operation and/or Back-office service operations and/or collection operations

- Sound experience on either Retail or Corporate Banking with relevant experience in the below cited respective business streams.

Retail banking -:

- Auto Loans

- Home Loans

- Cash Credit

- Education Loans

- Personal Loans

Corporate banking -:

- Working Capital

- Term Loans

- Over Draft

- Cash Credit limit

- Bank Guarantees

- Letter of Credit

The associate must have:

- Good Exposure in credit operations

- Thorough knowledge on Loan Origination.

- Expertise in Loan Service Operation.

- Hands on experience on Collection Operations

- Requirement analysis, business interaction, end user interaction.

- Understanding the flow diagram for the credit operations at various levels.

- Clarity on context diagram.

- Has good understanding on usability of product.

- Aware on compliance part.

- Understands the audit perspective in loan/credit operation.

- Good documentation skills.

- Must have basic accounting knowledge.

- Should have understanding on the usability of IT for leveraging the utility in the Business
