Nucleus Software - AVP - Legal

- Incumbent will be required to draft, review and negotiate agreements, ensure quality checks for the drafts for Legal Departments, handle contracts independently and deal with legal compliances

- Manage and handle IPR/ trademark/ copyright issues relating to the IT Software industry.

- Coordination of various court and legal cases, Coordination and follow-up with various statutory authorities.

- Complete management of the legal team ensuring the mitigation of various kinds of risks related to corporate from the legal perspective.

- Handling legal requirements such as RBI and other related matters.

- Closure of contracts without any compromise. Eg. Licensing agreements, NDAs, commercial contracts which are long term (Both domestic and international),

- Managing the contracts both from the customer and vendor side.
