ROLE PURPOSE

Business Analyst will conduct system study and system Analysis, requirement gathering. Will assist Account Manager/Project Leader/Manager in developing realistic action plans with time schedules, critical dates, resource and cost estimates, research, analyses and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities can be capitalized on and effects of competition may be minimized.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct system study and system Analysis, requirement gathering. Assist Account Manager/Project Leader/Manager in developing realistic action plans with time schedules, critical dates, resource and cost estimates

- Prepare BRD (Businesses Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document), Gap Analysis documents and Write User Stories.

- Foresee issues/risks and take corrective measures.

- Customer engagement for large projects.

- Managing POCs

- Pre sales - demonstration

- Identify prospects and establishing contact with prospects.

- Identify client business needs, make proposals for customer solutions.

- Initiate process improvement and ensure compliance to quality standards.

- Build, develop and maintain relationship with customers.

- Timely and effective communication with the customers.

- SQL query writing and understanding of database concept.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/ CERTIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE

Education : Graduate with an MBA degree (MBA is must)/B.Tech with 60% Marks

Experience : Over 4-7 years of relevant experience

Incumbent should possess excellent communication skills and presentation skills.

Open to travel/ flexibility to work from any of our global offices.

Highly technical and results oriented, with a good track record of developing

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- IFRS, IND, IAS standards and its practical application.

- Exposure to lending & delinquency management landscape of ANZ, SEA, Africa, Europe & USA.

- A techno-functional orientation and solutioning capabilities.

- Awareness of technological landscape and developments in the industry.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO DO THIS JOB WELL

- In depth knowledge of Retail or Corporate/SME lending domain covering one or more business streams - Auto Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans, TW Loans, Home Loans, Home Equity, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Working Capital, Term Loans, Dealer Funding; its sourcing, underwriting, servicing and delinquency management processes.

- Awareness of banking concepts, regulatory requirements and compliances applicable for Banks and NBFCs.

- Prior experience in conducting Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Value Workshops and Product Demonstrations for lending products.

- Experienced in preparation of BRD (Businesses Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document), Gap Analysis documents and Write User Stories.

- Experience of working in Agile environment.

- Should have intermediate to high proficiency level while working on MS Excel & Visio.

- Should have prior experience in SQL query writing and understanding of database concepts

- Ready to travel as per project requirements.

- Good communications (reading & writing) and client interaction skills.
