What will you do? - The AVP of Finance will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for accounting and financial matters of the Company. - S/he will be responsible for Cross-border revenue management, International statutory compliances, Budgeting, Forecasting, Accounting, Procurement functions, Funds management, Reconciliation, Financial analysis & reporting and process management, along with day to day operations and team management. - S/he will report directly to the CEO and works closely in formulating and administering policy and procedures pertaining to all fiscal matters of the Company. - S/he is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and will serve as the primary contact for auditors. Who should apply? - Qualified CA/MBA (Finance) - with 6 to 8 years post qualification experience. - Someone with experience of handling cross-border transactions will be preferred. - Should have lead audits and managed team size of 5+ people. - Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to senior management and external auditors.
