What will you do? - Be outcome-oriented and focus on achieving the company's objectives. - Take complete ownership and be responsible for the hiring plan for all the positions assigned to you. Work closely with the hiring team to ensure timely closure of open job roles. - Updating and maintaining company HR systems and portals, records and reports with accurate employee data. - Processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert - Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant company portals and databases - Providing administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements & taking complete ownership of admin tasks - Constantly look for ways to improve yourself, team and various company processes. - Owning the Payroll Process & assuring zero errors - Managing & updating company's Social Media handles. - Taking initiatives to engage. - Planning and executing engagement initiatives for employees. - Conducting regular HR 1 on 1s to help gather insights on employee pulse.
