NTF Group - Business Analyst

- The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analysing past, current, and future business trends.

- This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies.

- They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.

Location: Manesar, Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

- Analyze Current Plant wise/ product wise / SKUs - profitability

- Financial Analysis

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team

- Identify and solve weaknesses within the organization

- Making MIS dashboard and timely reporting

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Proficient with SAP , Microsoft Excel etc.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
