We as a company have been quick to adopt new technologies and have started to rely upon digital marketing for better outcomes
We are looking at a young, smart and levelheaded person to join our core team to drive Digital Marketing for one of our education verticals. Recruit/lead a bunch of marketeers, content/copy writers, designers etc.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
- Understand our current positioning and sell in the market; benchmark against the competition
- Develop/improve our current strategy to suit the digital age
- Collaborate with Business Heads to roll out the strategy
SEO & Website:
- Improve organic traffic
- Strengthen Lead Generation from SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Optimize website and product related online platforms for SEO efficacy
- Monitor competition and execute ideas to stand out organically
Lead Generation:
- Growth hacking and driving lead generation aggressively across all channels
- Facebook
- AdWords
- Instagram
- Other Social Media
- Measure and constantly optimize campaigns across all channels
Video and Content:
- Manage and improve all product related content including collaterals & website
- Actively manage content writers to create blogs targeted to customers across the sales funnel
- Creating content for social media campaigns
- Ability to hire and manage content writers (in-house & outsourced)
- Leveraging YouTube to drive branding and traffic to the website
Required Skills/Experience:
- At least 6+ years of experience in Marketing with a minimum of 4+ experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven work experience in a mid-senior position in Digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing outcome oriented digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, AdWords
- Strong understanding of SEO
- Strong grip on content marketing
- Familiarity with web design
- Familiarity with video content creation and marketing on YouTube
Preference for Candidates:
- With relevant experience in education/ed-tech segment or consumer tech
- Demonstrated outcomes in previous roles
