Job Description: Head - Marketing
- Nspira is a leading Education Management Services company which enables Narayana Group to operate 600+ branches seamlessly. We are a profitable company and funded by Morgan Stanley PE Asia and Banyan Tree. We operate in the space of B2C education /EdTech industry
- We as a company have been quick to adopt new technologies and have started to rely upon digital marketing for better outcomes
- We are looking for a smart, levelheaded and experienced person to join our core team to drive Marketing for the Group and setup up capable teams who can help the company reach its medium/long term goals
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Understand our current positioning and sell in the market; benchmark against the competition
- Develop/improve our current strategy to suit the digital age
- Collaborate with Business and Sales Heads to roll out the strategy
- Design a multi channel strategy, budgets and measure ROI
Branding & PR:
- Be the custodian of Narayana Brand across all channels
- Elevate and make the brand most recalled among students/parents in 2 years' time ATL, BTL
- Plan ATL, BTL campaigns with the central and local heads for all the states
- Detailed execution plans and measuring ROI from the spends
SEO & Website:
- Improve organic traffic
- Strengthen Lead Generation from SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Optimize website and product related online platforms for SEO efficacy
- Monitor competition and execute ideas to stand out organically
Lead Generation:
- Growth hacking and driving lead generation aggressively across all channels
- Facebook
- Adwords
- Instagram
- Other Social Media
- Measure and constantly optimize campaigns across all channels
Video & Content:
- Manage and improve all product related content including collaterals & website
- Actively manage content writers to create blogs targeted to customers across the sales funnel
- Creating content for social media campaigns
- Ability to hire and manage content writers (in-house & outsourced)
- Leveraging youtube to drive branding and traffic to the website
Required Skills/Experience:
- MBA from a good Business School
- At least 12+ years of experience in Marketing with a minimum of 3+ experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven work experience in a senior position in marketing
- Handled large marketing budgets and should have optimized customer acquisition cost
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing outcome oriented digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, Adwords
- Should have handled 1-10 and 10-100 growth part of any consumer company
Preference for Candidates:
- With relevant experience in education/EdTech segment or consumer tech
- Demonstrated outcomes in previous roles
- Handled at least a 20+ member team
