Job Title : National Sales Manager

Reports to:Chief Marketing Officer

Department: Sales & Marketing Direct Reports:

Location: Mumbai

Purpose of Role: Develops the sales strategy for higher market penetration in the all regions, and act as an important link in achieving the business goal-Making it the market leader pan India
Role Summary: The job includes identifying and selling to clientele and of managing a team of in-house and outside sales executives focused on selling across all of the company's Intelligent Target Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks:

1.Steering Business Operations for PAN India. Planning Sales & Business Development,Managing towards a goal of yielding profitable revenue growth for the company

2.Developing annual sales budgets and ensuring that they are met as approved.

3.Attending quarterly management meetings and presenting companies’ sales performance against budget to the top management and make recommendations as required

4.Leveraging knowledge of direct marketing practices to ensure that sales team is focused and achieve the stated goals

5.Accounting for Business Development of new product lines, Network Development devising market friendly finance & dealer incentive schemes

6.Representing the company in various conferences/meets

7.Managing the relationship with existing distributors, Developing and maintaining strategic marketing alliances with partners for developing cross-sell opportunities

8.Evaluating, hiring, training, and motivating sales team

9.Coordinating the development of sales promotion and lead generation activities. Product Launch Trade Marketing and Ensuring accomplishment of monthly value & volume on business plans

10.Ensuring the sales force has thematerials and information that it requires to promote products and services.

11.Liaising with existing manufacturer relationships & developing new tie-ups for negotiating subventions and activity based innovative schemes at branches.

Ensured close coordination between Sales, Operations, Technology & Marketing Services Teams for achieving business objectives.
