Experience - 10 to 14 years Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Should have good hands on prior experience in Java - Should have prior experience in leading and managing implementation and Enhancement Projects. - Monitoring and Managing a pool of resources for support related projects. - Coordinating with internal Business, Development and Testing team to bring about the desired output. - Monitoring project risk and scope creep to identify potential problem and proactively identifying solution. - Escalating promptly any issue that may impact the schedule, budget or quality - Monitoring team performance and set KRA for the team - Ability to get on with all levels of people and possess strong relationship building skills - Managed all project deliverables including costs, staffing requirements and risk. - Responsible for quality assurance for all project documentation and RAID identification and management through workshops and regular reviews.
