Job Responsibilities:

The position reports to the Partner and will be directly responsible for:

- Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.

- Delivering high quality audit and assurance services, including preparing and reviewing audit plans and work and providing management over a portfolio of clients.

- Improve processes and policies in support of firm's goals. Formulate and implement processes and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor and adherence to banking rules, regulations.

- Maintain the highest technical and professional standard.

- Address crisis before they arise and develops solutions to avoid recurrence in errors.

- Monitor and control auditing staff.

- Participant in the development of ways to meet client needs, contributes to proposal delivery.

- Coach, train and develop auditing staff to upgrade their knowledge.

Desirable Skills:

- A strong conceptual base in Audit and operations with a record of academic excellence, combined with broad-based interests.

- A good team player with strong communication and effective interpersonal skills.

- Provide guidance, supervise and hand hold the team for audit assignments.

- Co-ordinate with stakeholders for audit execution and provide value added recommendations to management and audit committees.

- Independently plan, organize and execute audit assignments.

- Utilize the latest technology and tools to regularly learn and innovate.

- Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.

Must haves:

- The candidate should have experience into bank concurrent audit (minimum 5 years).

- CA pass out year should be earlier than 2014.

- Age, preferably in the range of 33 - 45 years.

- Should be from a CA firm, with a large team handling experience; turnover of the company should be at least somewhere close to 7 to 8 crores per annum.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills as this would be a client facing role.

- Open to travel in and around Mumbai, which would comprise 30% of the work profile
