Qualification - MBA + BE or Masters in Computers + MBA
Experience: minimum 15 years+ years of work experience strategic relationships
Industry Exposure - Payments, Fintechs, Payments Aggregators
Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Problem-solving attitude, Aptitude for fostering
positive relationships, Customer-oriented mindset
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth
2. Build and maintain relationships with Fintech organizations and lead engagement with them on various interventions to drive innovation and robustness in the digital payment's ecosystem
3. Build an environment of trust and collaboration with Fintech organizations while promoting greater adoption of NPCI products and services into their offerings to increase the revenue of NPCI
4. Drive engagement and greater collaboration between Fintech organizations in the ecosystem while offering expert advice and strategic inputs to ensure mutual benefits
5. Explore opportunities to initiate integrated offerings in B2B and B2C modes to create a win-win environment and ensure a delightful experience for the end customers
6. Identify and evaluate new ways for the improvement of the offered services and NPCI products in co-ordination with Fintech organizations
