Roles and Responsibilities:

- Rich Experience in Retail and Commercial credit card

- Drive relationship with Bank and project management

- Conduct Structured monthly product performance review with Bank for all NPCI products

- Regular tracking of Operational issues

- Closure of customer complaints and queries in coordination with Bank and internal Product/Ops teams within TATs to ensure customer delight.

- Track the NPCI business numbers for account as well as the corresponding competition numbers

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
