Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of the analytics strategy for the credit pod, in line with NPCI's overall business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement analytics techniques, data models, and statistical methodologies to analyze large and complex datasets.
- Drive insights through data exploration, visualization, and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance, including data cleansing, transformation, and integration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and business development, to identify analytics requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure success metrics for product features, campaigns, and initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and stay ahead of market demands.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, user experience, and transactional data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
