NPA Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a qualified candidate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience for the role of NPA Acquisition and Resolution Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and strategizing the resolution of non-performing assets (NPAs) acquired from banks and financial institutions. Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying NPAs for acquisition from banks and financial institutions.

- Analyzing the financial and business viability of acquired assets and developing resolution strategies.

- Conducting site visits and preparing comprehensive reports on findings and observations.

- Developing strategies for restructuring, sale of business (M&A), sale of assets, and settlement.

- Negotiating with various stakeholders including selling banks, financial organizations, lenders, prospective buyers, and investors.

- Negotiating with borrowers/guarantors for settlements.

- Securitization and reconstruction of financial assets in accordance with SARFAESI Act, 2002.

- Maintaining knowledge of regulatory guidelines in respect of acquisition and resolution of distressed assets.
