Job Responsibilities :
- SAAS Based Product Knowledge is Mandatory for this Role.
- Leading the revenue targets for the respective BU
- Managing the P&L for BU.
- Rolling out new sales initiatives, targeted pitches and modified sales approach depending on the nature of business
- Managing team of highly professional Regional Manager & Channel Managers Gathering business requirements trough team of more than 50 professionals & managing operational requirements and monitoring of metrics like client addition rate, conversion time, turnaround time etc.
- Managing highly qualifies Partners
- Report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to BU Head
- Prepare sales pitches and relevant collateral & train team members.
- Strategizing the complete sales process from opportunity creation to closure, and retention of accounts already in the portfolio.
- Lead the creation of new relationships or strengthening of existing ones in key accounts.
- Travelling to national locations and meeting clients/ partners for business.
- Maximum Salary is 23 Lac Fixed
