About the Role:

Below are a set of functions and roles that the person is expected to drive:

Revenue Analytics:

- Building detailed analytics around the revenue metrics e.g targets vs achievement, renewals %, contribution margin, ARPU, CAC, sales productivity etc. These metrics are to be made available to various stake holders like sales executives, branches, regions, national sales leads, management and investors

- These analytics are published via an analytical tool like Tableau and the person should be able to understand and work on such tools

- Pro-actively tracking metrics that can help the teams make better decisions and improve efficiencies

- Driving the distribution and consumption of such analytics across the various stakeholders

- There are various sales channels of NowFloats and these need to be developed across the various channels

Predictive Analytics:

- Developing a statistical model to be able to predict various metrics of the organization based on the past trends and data

- Ability to use tools like IBM Watson etc to be build such analytics

Sales Operations & Enablement:

- With the support of the above analytics daily, weekly and monthly reports need to be published and discussed with the sales teams

- Setting up monthly business reviews and provisioning the analytics for such reviews

- Connect with the sales teams to be able to course correct in-efficiencies in their operations with the help of the published analytics

- Resolving daily operational issues of sales people in sales orders closing which include CRM & ERP issues

- Operational tasks ownership like raising invoices, sales orders, incentive calculations, sales promotions rollouts etc

- Coordination with the other departments like Finance & HR

- Constant connect with the field and sales teams. Traveling and meeting the teams will help get a perspective of the problem statements of the field from a data ask perspective

Team Management:

- There are two sets of teams which drive these initiatives in the company - The Analytics- team and the - Sales Operations- team

- Mentoring, reviewing, coaching and providing leadership to the member of these two teams

- Maintaining a sync between the workings of these 2 teams as the sales operations team should use the analytics provided by the analytics team. Analytics team should get constant feedback on the model from the sales operations team for improvisations on the analytics model

Key Skills:

- Implementation- and ownership of new processes

- Hands-on working experience and passion to use new technology & tools

- Good hands on experience in excel and pivots

- Problem solving skills and an ability to think through solutions given a problem statement

- Very strong verbal and written communication skills

- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiatives with a strong work ethic.

Education:

Graduation in any stream

Post-Graduation: Optional

Work Experience:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles

- Individual with prior experience in SaaS based companies is preferable
