Job Description

- Develops and maintains the Company's investor relations plan acting as a key business partner in driving all investor relations activities

- Setting up the entire investor relations function for the Company and streamlines processes

- Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including detailed financial and industry related metrics and differentiation.

- Analyzes operational results, prepares quarterly business reviews and presents the reviews to external and internal stakeholders

- Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function

- Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management and key functional heads, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes

- Working closely with the Head of Compliance ensures adequate regulatory and compliance training is provided to relevant company personnel

- Completion of all necessary documentation towards the fundraiser

- Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors

- Oversees the production of annual reports, filings, and proxy statements and all necessary documentation with the investors

- Manages the investor relations section of the company website

- Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management

- Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings.

- Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results

- Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy

- Provides competitive and market research information to track brand/market share

- Provides analytical support to the management in monthly review meetings, strategic and annual operating plans on market expectations
