The Role :

We are looking for an aggressive Sales Person experienced in SAAS/Digital/PAAS/Cloud/IT/IT-Solutions product. This position is responsible for growing NowFloats Digital Marketing business in the assigned vertical through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs.

The Job:

- Own and exceed annual sales targets- within assigned territory- and accounts

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

- Build and maintain strong,- long-lasting customer relationships

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Effectively- communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

- Acquiring Large Corporates and forming working relationships with the C level executives of the company and industry 

- Overseeing Service Delivery and Performance

- Identifying valuable emerging markets

- Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales funnel to adapt to constant shifts

- Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions

- Maximising value driven profits

- Forming- innovative/evolving strategies

- Adept- to grow- @ 50X pace-

What we're looking for?

- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets

- Previous experience as a sales manager/director in SAAS/Digital/PAAS/Cloud/IT/IT-Solutions product

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

- Proven ability to position products against competitors

- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- BCOM/MBA/BS/BA degree or equivalent
