This position is responsible for growing NowFloats Digital Marketing business in the assigned vertical through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs. The Job: - Create, maintain and execute a sales business plan for the assigned vertical with goals and objectives, based on opportunity, customer needs, and NowFloats strategic direction. - Define the sales strategy through a Strategic Account Plan to increase customer footprint for each account. - Build a process of strategic account mapping and C Level relationships leveraging presales, consulting and the partner management teams. - Ability to build C Level relationships via value-based selling involving ROI analysis and being able to build an abstraction between the technology itself and the core business benefits which are easily understandable by C Level executives at customers. - Demonstrate sound market knowledge around the core areas of Digital Marketing, Industry happenings etc. - Sound Business acumen around Forecasting and Pipeline Management. Maintain regular pipeline forecasts. - Consistently reinforce the importance of NowFloats Core Values. - Take ownership of every proposal generated by the Evaluation and Offering team and present to customers. - Ensure that proper security &amp; legal compliance measures are applied and followed at all times. What we- re looking for: - Minimum of 4-6 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling, persuasion and negotiation. - Bachelor's Degree and preferably an MBA from respected colleges in the country. - Experience of selling Enterprise Applications / Digital Marketing solutions. - Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process. - Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization. - Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages. - Strong Business &amp; Sales Acumen - From forecasting to closures to pipeline management across Newlines of business. - Sound ability of building solution value propositions to customers. - Outstanding Communication Skills - Written and Oral.
