Position Overview

S/he must be excited about building business, smart enough to identify opportunities and confident enough to deal with CXOs and HODs, evangelise appropriate Digital Solutions, sell value and survive the negotiation cycles. The position offers you an opportunity to create a billion dollar valued company, and own a part of the same in that journey.

Key expectations from this role are:


- Take bottomline ownership on the company's sales target for India and South Asia geography

- Build an Enterprise sales organization that delivers on OKRs set for sales team.

- Drive the sales pipeline in a methodical data driven manner to manage your pipeline, sales activity and achieve revenue targets

- Lead the Enterprise Sales pitch as an inhouse expert, especially demonstration, query resolution, solutioning and RFP response

- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

- Align sales team's interest through an aggressive incentive plan.

- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

- Drive a sales plan to expand into other global geographies

- Work with Product team to help form the roadmap and prioritise based on market opportunities and customer needs.


- Create the branding and communication plan to establish the company and products

- Create a digital marketing strategy and implementation plan

- Generate highly effective digital marketing campaigns to drive customer leads into sales funnel.

- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions

- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team

Product feedback

- Provide insightful feedback on our products and solutions based on client interactions and feedback.

- Participate in the product roadmap and release plans, inline with customer needs and expectations.

What does it take?

- S/he needs to be a brilliant communicator who can lead the charge on a transformational journey for Banks to embark into a new digital world of immense possibilities and growth.

- Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan for Banking Technology Product companies.

- Has the entrepreneurial mindset to work for a start-up, excited about building out processes and capabilities, hands-on and a self-starter

- A team leader with strong entrepreneurship and growth mindset, with superior customer relationship management skills

- Has a strong combination of strategic thinking, detailed tactical planning and project management expertise

- Strong understanding of emerging digital technologies.

- Strong organizational and influencing skills across teams, ability to engage stakeholders, to understand change readiness, manage differences and create buy-in

- Successful experience selling Core Banking products/services to Banks and Financial Services Companies for about 10-15 years

- An outstanding negotiator with strong interpersonal, presentation and solution selling skills

- Strong technical aptitude, a proficiency with CRM tools and a passion for discovering new processes to aid sales performance and productivity

- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities

- Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing deals

- Successful experience hiring and onboarding sales representatives

- Understanding of modern digital marketing strategies to insource and deliver digital marketing campaigns in house

- Champions a data-driven approach to marketing and sales funnel that deliver on the sales revenue targets.

- Hires and motivates the marketing team through content, thought leadership and campaign design that builds a superior brand and product footprint in the target market.
