You would be responsible for: - Own and Deliver on the Retail Business P&L Targets - Plan and Achieve the goals for the Retail Business, in terms of GMV, Net Revenue and Profitability - Plan, Build and Lead various cross functional teams that form the Retail Organization (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations) - Plan and implement a Distribution Channel Strategy, which can deliver digital, and financial products through the retail network, catering to the needs of the Next Billion Consumers in the country - Establish sufficient market coverage based on demographic parameters, and ensure partner penetration across the Regions. - Recruit, Train, Motivate and Retain senior managers across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Operations functions - Plan, Strategize and implement Channel partners engagement to drive high productivity at the Retail outlet level. - Work closely with Technology and Product teams, to able to deliver the business goals set for the business Your typical day at work: - Present the quarterly plan with OKRs to the Executive Team, focusing on how to achieve the GMV, Revenue and Profitability targets - Establish and Manage a productive, professional relationship with the channel partners - Plan and Execute on PJP, by building a regular cadence of visits to Channel partners - Drive adoption of new products, promotions or process across the Region. - Coordinate with the various teams in the Head office to ensure timely support provided to the field team. - Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings with the team to fix the plan and review the results. - Take extra effort to ensure that each of the team members come up to the expected productivity level. - Analyse the MIS at the territory level and District level to have a pulse of the Business.
