We are currently looking for a Talent Attraction Manager with road roles and responsibilities as follows:

- Responsible for implementing the company's human resources admission program, by planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organisation and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business.

- Direct the organisation's recruitment activities to ensure the best selection for each role and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, economically and in accordance with the organisation's policies and standards.

- These activities may include advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates; checking references; negotiating employment offers; relocation; orientation and introductory training. Liaise with managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organisation's overall HR strategy.

- In addition to the day-to-day function, the role will incorporate strategic and policy development aspects that will have medium term consequences on the operation of the function and perhaps impact elements of organization performance.

- Adapt existing recruitment activities to changing market conditions.

- Select and manage ongoing relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure satisfactory standards of service. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of recruitment professionals.;

Qualifications

- MBA from a premier B-School 2007 - 2011 batch

- At least 6 years of working experience within talent acquisition / recruitment

- Sales and Executive recruitment experience would be preferred

- Successful experience in cross-functional project management

- Strong analytical mind set and ability to drive change management

- A collaborator, with a proven ability to partner and influence cross-functionally at all levels and lead through others

- Able to travel frequently
