Project Coordinator/Business Analyst
- Creating, Managing & Maintaining project plans for the assigned projects.
- Identifying the Risks, issues & dependencies in a timely manner and ensuring a mitigation plan in place.
- Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines.
- Regular liaison with the Project Manager/Delivery Head on all project-related matters.
- Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation.
- Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities and the management.
- Ongoing evaluation of project activity and reporting on project progress to the stakeholders.
- Coordination for an end to end project delivery cycle from project initiation to project closure.
- Coordination to track data for project financials and report metrics (health dashboard) to management on a defined frequency.
