On-boarding Specialist

Non-employee resource Management for Citi units based in APAC

The scope includes:

1. Execution of requisitions and approvals

2. On-boarding and Compliance doc checks

3. Conduct Background checks and update results in the tools

4. Ensuring timely renewals or exits are properly executed

5. Executing Non-employee credential changes in systems

- Knowledgeable in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Prior experience in using SAP/VMS/ HRMS is preferred.

- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for the technology resourcing needs of the department. This includes ensuring that all resources on-boarded meets Citibank's strict compliance requirements and Citi's expense management policies

- Responsible for maintaining and generating reports from the VMS to assist the team to manage their resource data accuracy

- Support the application configuration, enhancement and implementation of new resourcing strategies and programs

- Good verbal and written skills are pre-requisites :

1. Good communications skills in English

2. Able to comprehend and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers

- Strong team player to ensure that both individual and team deliverables are met

- Heightened sense and ability to produce quality work and maintain data accuracy in all transactions

- Work experience in the banking industry preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
