Position Title : Senior Manager IMI BPA

The Manager - IMI BPA in this position will be part of the IMI BPA Hyderabad team managing and delivering BPA activities to support Australia & New Zealand countries

Your responsibilities include but not limited to :

- The Manager - IMI BPA in this position will be part of the IMI BPA team managing and delivering BPA activities to support ANZ. Some of the key responsibilities include but not limited to Region / Country BPA Operations

- Work closely with the Country/Regional BPA teams to drive process excellence, standardization and automation and best practice sharing

- Strong collaboration with BPA Operations Excellence team to ensure process automation, standardizations and simplifications are in synchronization with country / Regions needs

- Identify opportunities for elimination of non-value-added reports and promote for maximum use of automated tools and standardized reporting

- Proactively lead discussions and alignment with the stakeholders in country/ region & local BPA team members on deliverables to ensure high quality and consistency

- Support in preparing business presentations (e.g. budget, business reviews, etc.) required by stakeholders. Ensures quick turnaround of ad-hoc requests, providing accurate information/ analysis required

- Build strong network and engagement with global stakeholders and internal customers. Continue supporting AI driven disruption to Planning process

- Design, implement and executes a strong quality control and governance framework. Prior Commercial FP&A experience is mandatory

Role Requirements :

What you'll bring to the role:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance. Self-starter, adaptive to new changes, excellent communication skills, eye for details, accuracy oriented

- Able to collaborate across teams and advise team members to prioritize various deliverables. Project strong business acumen and ability to support ad-hoc requests (e.g., data research and analysis, business case development etc.)

- Able to be BPA in terms of business collaborating, planning, challenging and reporting. Experience of interacting / operating with senior leadership and with an ability to influence decision making

- Strong Initiative skills to effectively work remotely and autonomously. 6-8 years financial and / or operational experience

- Prior experience in FP&A / BPA teams of MNCs or in the frontline Indian organizations working on business performance measurement, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Financial analysis etc. Exposure in a remote office set up (CoEs) preferred.

- Hands-on SAP FI experience, expertise, and exposure to BI systems will be an advantage. Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills (preferably with knowledge of VBA), knowledge of automation tools such as Alteryx and robotics (UiPath) would be a plus.

- Awareness & understanding of Finance IT systems - architecture & data flows - would be desirable.
