We are looking for someone who joins a growing, innovative team with a bias for action and creating impact. Diverse industry experiences valued.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Marketing Lead for the launch of a new product in Neurosciences

- Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets

- Prepares content of Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams

- Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.

- Runs market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors /anticipates market development

- Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s)

- Identifies area market insights and opportunity via customer interactions

- Market share & market share growth Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations

- Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations requirement

Minimum requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization - with an MBA from a Tier 1 B-school

- 3-4 years of work experience post MBA in marketing/sales across Pharma, FMCG, consumer durables, e-commerce, or management consulting firms
