Job Purpose:
To create and drive a unified digital strategy across Oncology to optimize costs & achieve sustained growth by
- Increasing Reach and Engagement with MEs
- Improving Patient Experience
- Simplifying Processes while improving Inclinic effectiveness, data driven insights and streamlining drug access
Major Accountabilities
INCREASING REACH AND ENGAGEMENT WITH MES
- Establish Omni-channel engagement capabilities with Oncology network
- Facilitate and enhance reach to Multi-specialty MEs
- Increase reach to MEs in Tier II/III locations
- Digital business development to affiliate partner websites such as medical society websites
IMPROVING PATIENT EXPERIENCE
- Support disease awareness to improve diagnostics and early detection
- Expedite patient enrolment through digitization
- Empower patients with right information and treatment adherence solutions
SIMPLIFYING PROCESSES
- Improve in-clinic effectiveness through MCE (Multi Channel Engagement)
- Data driven insights for targeted information dissemination to MEs
- Streamline drug access through digitization
- Conceptualize and implement creative and impactful email marketing campaigns.
ANALYTICS SKILLS
- Manage marketing analytics efforts to deep dive user behaviors on/off line and drive future marketing efforts
- Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to establish impactful KPI and assess results
Project management
- Deliver digital projects on time, on budget, on quality and exceeding customers expectation
- Communicate seamlessly with cross-functional team across sales, marketing, medical, legal, global counterparts and more
Innovation gene
- Embrace cutting edge technology and lead change with passion
Experience- 4 years of experience within any digital or online related business like online marketing consulting, online agency or ecommerce.
Competence
- well-rounded understanding of digital marketing with current industry regulation and privacy act
- strong project management, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with the ability to work under firm deadlines and within a rapidly changing environment
- positive mental attitude and patience to communicate and educate internal users on digital marketing
- basic knowledge of web design, Adobe creative suite, any CRM
- high interest in digital solution absolutely necessary
