Lead & facilitate implementation of Portfolio Life Cycle Management for Metabolic Category.
Stakeholder Management
- Define scope and deliverables and communicate and facilitate effectively between different functions and team members in order to reach project milestones and launch date
- Managing new product launch process from identification of opportunity to commercialization of new products/SKUs/Line extensions via collaborating and facilitating the process with BFT ( Brand Franchise Team)
- Enable and assist potential local partner analysis for the product formulation, development and manufacturing via collaborating closely with Medical, Marketing, Finance & TechOps.
- Business case preparation for new products in conjunction with Finance, Marketing & TechOps for local and region approval.
- Liaison with internal stakeholders (BD, CMO, Partners, TechOps, CQA, Medical, Regulatory & Legal) for alignment, project management ( including plans, CPS, budget approvals and sign offs) -
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with multiple functions and levels within the organization and to make group presentations
- Broad understanding and experience of generic product development from all relevant perspectives, analytical, formulation, regulatory, quality, manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze sales & financial data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on hand with a sense of bias to action and solution oriented.
- Ability to manage key stakeholders across local, regional and global and build consensus & negotiation
- Project management skills and ability to navigate matrix structure to align all stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of sales process
- Prior experience with launch planning and experience of managing the launch project with all functions and stakeholders; production and manufacturing experience is desirable
Minimum requirements
- Graduate degree in a science field, (minimum B Pharm/ M.Pharm desirable) and MBA or certified Project Management Training plus experience
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Experience: 8-10 years minimum work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This role will be relevant for 2 years only. Hence, the candidates might consider this position as a long-term assignment
