Posting Title: Supply Operations (Analytics)  Job Description   - Provide analytics support to customers (SCM) on various analytical reports.   - Provide enhancements or area of improvements in the existing processes   - Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.  This Role will be required to perform the following :   - Translate stakeholders- requirements into reporting deliverables   - Develop innovative and effective approaches to solve business partners- analytics problems and communicates results and methodologies   - Conducts data analysis and moderately complex designs algorithm.   - Works closely with the project team to solve analytics problems and documents results and methodologies.   - Researches business problems and creates models that help analyze these business problems  - Participate in evaluating new technologies so as to ensure the advancement of technology architecture and data within organization Business Intelligence needs   - Dashboard and report generation, deliver ad-hoc reports   - Develop best practices for report deployments   - Generate consensus forecast using various Statistical techniques and business/market intelligence for both volume & value data   - Validate forecast accuracy and provide recommendations for improvements   - Perform root cause analysis of demand flow issues   - Develop performance metrics, measure KPIs and generate insights   - Efficiently manage ad-hoc issues in demand flows and troubleshoot them   - Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train the users   - Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes   - Comply to all operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements   Minimum requirements :  - Graduate / post-graduate, MBA (operations, supply chain) or equivalent English   - Experience (6 - 8 years) in business analytics   - Deep knowledge of the project site work streams like demand management, forecasting, supply chain analytics and global supportive activities (KPI define and measure, demand flow issues management, reporting and dashboard preparation)   - Exposure & experience in Statistical techniques   Capabilities & Expertise :   - Expertise in visualization tools like Tableau   - Understanding and exposure in querying languages like SQL   - Expertise in MS-office. Advanced MS-Excel is a must   - Hands on experience as end user in SAP MM, SAP-APO, SAP PP   - VBA Macro and MS-Access knowledge will be an added advantage   - Excellent communication and presentation skills   - Understanding and exposure of BIG data technologies   Soft Skills :   - Good presentation skills   - Interpersonal and communication skills   - Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment.   - Strong stakeholder management skills
