Product/Senior Product Manager - Learning Management Systems

- Lead the implementation and configuration of learning management systems, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.

- Perform design, configure, customize, and implement responsive and effective LMS systems and Implement multi-tenancy scalable architecture

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives, user roles, and course structures.

- Make sure the system is performing optimally and meeting quality standards.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on providing guidance and recommendations on the platform's features, functionalities, and customization options.

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into practical solutions. Design and develop course templates, learning paths, assessments, and content organization strategies to enhance the user experience and achieve desired learning outcomes.

- Deliver training sessions and workshops to administrators, instructors, and learners on effectively navigating and utilizing features. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, resolving issues promptly.

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate LMS with other systems, such as student information systems, content management systems, and external tools.

- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between LMS and other learning technologies.

- Provide recommendations for effective instructional design techniques and engagement features.

Desired Candidates Details:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or an MBA 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience in the e-learning or LMS (B2B) industries preferred Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies Experience in leading and developing top-performing teams.

- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
