Role Description:
To drive the vision for the software solutions that are built and maintained at the client organization. Serves as functional or client needs expert for software solution.
Required Expertise - 5 to 12 years of experience
- Functional expertise in the Banking and Financial Services industry's ERP solutions / Workflow solutions / Digital transformation / process automation
- Should have an experience on performing due diligence with respect to customer business needs and provide possible recommendations that are feasible to implement
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and translate customer needs into business, technology solutions
- Drive the process re-engineering and digital transformation
- Capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder meetings
- Drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements
- Work with the Solution Designers, Technical leads and Development teams team to bounce ideas, brainstorm available solutions, disseminate business requirements and articulate the best feasible solution to implement.
- Collaborate with UI / UX team to build front end application design in line with current market design approach
- Drive customer experience, Product Strategy, Envision, Roadmap
International (multiple regional) expertise (domain/implementation/customer management) will be an value added qualification.
