Responsibilities:

- The position is responsible for developing a variety of B2B web/mobile application-based products and features based on use cases

- Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, designing wireframes, documenting BRDs to enhance project/products usability

- Lead the transformation journey for Lending products by leveraging the emerging technologies

- Identify automation opportunities and conduct feasibility assessment and solution deployment

- Own the end-to-end product strategy for banking products catering to Individuals like Deposits/ Lending. Understand customer requirements, market gaps / need gaps and drive releases

- Develop a deep understanding of the customer and their unmet needs, identify pain points, develop and test hypotheses, map user journeys and be the voice of the customer for your product offering

- Evaluate potential opportunities, help prioritize and collaborate on the product roadmap, launch new features and track user feedback to achieve an excellent customer experience

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver a robust, scalable and secured solution architecture for contact centre

- Work closely with a Senior Leadership team across businesses and Technology to drive solutions from a business capability, process standpoint and improve the efficiency of contact centre

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)

- Overall experience of 8 to 12 years

- Technically sound in terms of Technologies used in finance industry

- Ability to evaluate partners & understand business requirement & technology adoption process

- Ability to excel in an extremely fast paced and start-up like environment

- Detail-oriented and extremely organized and comfortable working with local and international teams and management
