We are looking for a Chief Manager to: - Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for multiple products - Manage team of SEO Specialist - Developing a long-term SEO strategy with a strong focus on mobile web - Coming up with new ideas, leading brainstorms, and staying organized - Taking hands on and creative approaches with content generation - Staying current on new SEO research and emerging trends - Performing site specific keyword research and competitive analysis - Performing technical SEO Audits and driving the implementation of on-page website SEO optimization - Performing backlink analysis, opportunity identification, solicitation and optimization - Preparing and communicating regular & ad hoc reporting on SEO performance - Working independently with business stakeholders to identify KPI s, develop dashboards, and interpret metrics to deliver sound, data driven recommendations - Highly proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint with the ability to analyse data and prepare reports presentation - Conduct keyword research to guide content teams - Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes - Optimize website content, landing pages - Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building) - Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects - Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns - Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends Requirements: - Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role - 9+ years' experience in SEO - Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices - Knowledge of HTML/CSS - Experience with SEO reporting - Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends) - Excellent communication skills - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Analytical mind set with numerical aptitude
