Role Description : You will be heading the entire Growth operations and practice at Nova and responsible for ensuring all initiatives are focussed on growing NovaBenefits and its platforms. You will be owning our marketing efforts end to end- strategy to execution in addition to mentoring the existing marketing team, and providing strategic inputs on hiring for the Growth team. This role will require cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Customer Success Teams to maximise our Demand Generation Efforts. You will also be expected to own content marketing end to end- strategy to execution. Additionally : - Ensure consistency across all brand-related touch points - Solidify our brand identity, and become the gatekeeper of our brand - Liaise with immediate team and wider company pillars to ensure collaboration and understanding across the business - Find new partnerships, both large and small, with a focus on growing the customer base - Create and strategies high-growth marketing campaigns - Create and maintain the marketing road map, ensuring continual improvement Work experience : - Experience of working at high-growth B2B SaaS startups will be preferred (B2B marketing) - 8+ years experience, Location- Bangalore - Experience of working in a high-performing content team (especially in a start-up) would be given preference - Team Management experience- min 20 team members - Experience with multiple channels of unpaid and paid marketing - Linkedin, Email, SEO, SEM, ASO, paid and organic social, non-attributable channels You are awesome at : - Strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to derive insights, predict fall outs and drive impactful business and marketing decisions - Coaching and driving outcomes, experience working with clients and managing client relationships at large scale - Effectively communicate, Lead teams of analysts and/or lead generation associates to create and execute closure of a healthy sales pipeline - Ability to engage and influence people cross functionally - Are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans - Discover key problems preventing our users from converting, analyze all possible funnel stages, comprehend possible issues of dropping off, and eventually build solutions - Applying behavioural attributes to identify customer cohorts and understand barriers for acquisition and deep engagement
