We are on the lookout for Manager/ Sr.Mgr-Inside Sales to head our inside sales team with the following skills.

Position: - Manager / Senior Mgr-Inside Sales

Experience: - 10-14 yrs

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the inside sales team in order to increase sales activity for all Nous service areas.

- Provide a leadership role for the business development team by participating in call sessions, one on one sales training, and by providing daily mentoring to the team.

- Set guidelines and goals for direct reports to maintain a working knowledge of all necessary processes and systems required for daily activities.

- Ensure that sales quotas and goals are achieved on assigned sales projects and that the pipeline for new opportunities is increasing.

- Build a strong relationship with the Account Managers to help generate business meetings and project discoveries

- Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure that telemarketing sales campaigns are done strategically and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering/marketing or equivalent

- 9-13 + years of experience with selling IT services/Products.

- Atleast 3 years experience in a leadership role or relevant industry leadership experience.

- IT Software and IT services experience is highly desirable

- Solid oral and written presentation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills including communication and collaboration.
