Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with overseas team to dispatch the goods based on sales forecast to ensure no sales loss

- Coordinate with the forwarder to plan the arrivals of goods timely..

- Coordinate with local customs clearing agent for timely clearance of shipments

- To ensure all compliance is properly in place for all Import shipments

- Coordinate with local warehouses for timely GRN of Import shipments & share the receipt's details on time.

Requirements:

- Must have experience of 5-6 years in managing & coordinating with International & local freight forwarders

- Minimum knowledge of 5-6 years of local customs clearance process.

- Must have managerial skills to manage the pressure & quantum of work

- Should have handled 2-3 agents for customs clearance

- Sound knowledge of managing & preparing imports customs reports

- Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel will be an added advantage

- Should be aware of SVB, PD Bond, DGFT license, etc
