Responsibilities:

- To ensure timely billing of orders pertaining to online/offline channels

- Coordinate with last-mile delivery partners for delivery status of orders

- To make reports related to billing, tracking & deliveries of stocks

- Coordinate with internal & external teams for stock availability so that no billing loss would happen

- Must know the compliance related to last-mile deliveries & ensure they are strictly followed

- Coordinate & keep a track record of all Return orders from Online channel

Requirements:

- Must have 5-6 years experience in billing process to Flipkart/Amazon etc

- Knowledge of working on ERP is must like Oracle/SAP etc

- Must know the logistics partners for last mile delivery to Online Channels specifically

- Knowledge of Advanced excel would be an added advantage

- Must be proficient in English

- Good knowledge of Eway bill creation is mandatory
